Okay, although we all don't like fillers or maybe some don't and some do, these 2 fillers are seriously good. They are funny, smart and watchable. This weeks episode was seriously hilarious. Starting from beginning till end. I loved that there weren't characters only from real world but a lot were from Soul Society too. Even the quiet Byakuya and heat hater Toushirou :) So I think it was god damn good. ;)
By the way, can someone please tell how long the fillers are going to take? Is the August episode a filler? Are the fillers going to take till 10th season's finale? If someone knows please please write me a message. I'm begging to know. :)moreless

"Terrible"

Painful to watch. Need I say more? (No, but you need at least 100 words, so I'll keep going)
Bleach's filler episodes have hit a new low, and that's saying something after a whole season of dealing with Lurichiyo and the bakkōtō's.
The Bleach writer's must have been in an extra horny mood at the time they conceived this episode, and if your in to anime hentai maybe this episode is for you, personally, not my style, but I'm not here to judge (well that's not completely true, it is a review so I guess I am here to judge, but I digress).
Amongst the bathing suit shopping, the sand sculpture building competition, and the battle with a giant watermelon, somewhere the writers lost their way.
Good filler isn't impossible, and I can only hope the writers try harder next time and listen to there brains and not there penismoreless

It's fun and all, but at the same time...

I'm really torn on this episode, I thought it was pretty funny, I am somewhere in the middle, I do enjoy watching big breasted anime girls wearing little clothing, but at the same time, I feel kind of...guilty, I feel like a loser, well, more than usual. There is zero doubt that there are numerous pathetic, desperate attempts in anime to get the hentai crowd's attention, and there were a couple of moments I rolled my eyes, mostly due to Rangiku, why does she pick on others who doesn't have freakishly huge boobs such as herself? Get this, a tentacle monster shows up near the end...yeah...a tentacle monster, guess what happens? Take a freakin' guess, it grabs the women and touches their "naughty parts", yup, though it's a pretty brief scene. Other than that, I didn't really mind anything, and as far as blatant fanservice go, I've seen much, much worse, even in this series, granted this is a whole episode devoted to it, but as I said, nothing wildly inappropriate here. The comedy works well, and I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy seeing some of the women in bathing suits, mostly Yoruichi, who doesn't appear in it that much, the episode that is, not the swimsuit, no characters are naked in this episode, let's make that clear. Sure, It IS pure fanservice, and is that the main reason I watch Bleach? Absolutely not, but once in a while, I don't see anything wrong wit such an episode. Overall, I'm mixed on it, it's not terrible, but don't beat yourself up if you just so happen to miss it, it's nothing but sun, fun and breasts, LARGE breasts, and I'm sure that's reason enough for people to rave about it.moreless
