    I remember Bless This House from when I was about 5 yrs old in 1976.
    It was a great sit-com with a fantastic cast. Sid James is a comedy hero of mine. It's still shown on cable at the moment.
    Diana Coupland sadly died a few weeks ago. A great actress.

    I saw it as a child, with the whole family.  This type of sitcom doesn't exist anymore.  It's harmless fun, but not stupid.  Don't forget that Carla Lane wrote episodes.  Now it has become more amusing because you can watch the characters' dress sense with amazement.
