  • Accidently tuned and was hooked.

There I was watching TV and this episode came on. I sat there and watched it - not because I knew a thing about it, but was because there was nothing else on.

I was instantly hooked by the unique storyline. The idea of promoting a disability to show that the job can be done was great.

The story centered on a serial murder which Jim's new partner had been working on - until she got landed with him.

She's resentful when they get a body dump - but Jim realises that it is the work of the same killer - only he didn't get to finish the job.

He uses his senses and intuition to work out the clue and together he and his partner track down the killer and get a confession.

    I'll be watching next week.moreless

    • Lt. Fisk: If you'll remember, one of the things that cops look for in a partner is if that guy has their back. Jim: I took a bullet for four cops. You don't have to tell me about getting their backs.

    • International Air dates: Czech Republic: August 6, 2008 on TV Nova

    • During the end credits for the Pilot, ABC mistakenly ran a promo for the third episode, "Rub a Tub Tub".

    • In the kitchen scene where Jim and Christie begin to argue, viewers in the U.S. noticed that Rena Sofer's shirt was blurred out. Viewers in Canada were able to see the phrase, "sofa king cool". There are two possible reasons why this phrase was censored in the U.S. One reason might have been that they were not able to get clearance to air this brand of slogan humor clothing. The other reason could have been that this phrase alludes to or is a variation of another phrase that contains a curse word not suitable for network television.

    • Flint is the name of the german shepherd who plays Dunbar's guide dog, Hank.

    • Beginning with this episode, "Blind Justice" is the first regular television series on ABC to broadcast episodes with video description for the visually impaired.

    • Original ratings: 8.9/14. A total of 12.30 million viewers tuned into this episode.
