This is another of my favorate episodes of the show. Obviously inspired by the Frank Capra film, I loved this episode because we saw the humanities of both Joey and Six.
I would of given this episode a complete 10 but it has one thing that held it back. I felt there was a little too much time on the plot with Blossom and not enough with both Joey and Six. The plot with Blossom don't get me wrong I thought was enjoyable but nothing really special at least in my book.
But now down to what's really important. I really liked the interplay between the two, both I've always felt had great chemestry. But of course we see there is sexual tention, from the situation their in down to Six in Joey's shirt, I'll admit Six/Jenna really looks great with that shirt on, then again most girls in men's clothing for some reason always do.
I'll admit I was in suspense because on one hand I wanted something physically passionate to happen between them, but on the other hand I was a bit concerned because I was afraid if they decide to well lets just say in baseball terms go all the way to home plate it would be for the wrong reasons.
But of course they don't, but of course the tention doesn't end there it still there just as both were about to go to bed. What I really liked about that scene is we actually see more depth in both characters we see how far the friendship between the two goes, this made me wish they would take it to the next level because from the feelings they convey and how they look at one another I feel they would've made a great couple. But Joey being the good guy he is doesn't dishonor their friendship, if they ever deside to go to home plate together it would be on mutual and fair terms. And it was sweet that as Joey slept on the floor and Six was on the bed both held hands.
The ending was a bit bittersweet because both Six and Joey don't evolve into becoming more than just friends which was something I was looking forward to in the show. However there was a sense of hope when we saw Joey let Six keep the shirt. Some would say this was just a token of his freindship to him but it could also be something more, may'be deep down he does think of her more than just a friend.moreless
