Nice try Mayor Dutton. You almost had me fooled there. By having her say that

Frank is a good man in the end, it came off like a forced attempt to make her likable. Even if she genuinely wanted to be a good Mayor that cared about helping people, she has had an arrogant way of showing it. When she first show up, she wanted Frank fired for having the gall to disagree with her and even before she alienated the NYPD by inadvertently suggest that the shooter was not at fault, she hired a guy that tried to attack the police. Why does Mayor Dutton think that Frank is a pain is the butt? Is it because she hates that he won't agree with her so easily? She has made a bad impression to most of us in-universe and to me.moreless
