This episode took a page out of the Dragonball Z book cleanly. The action as usual is pretty average and stretched out thin, it doesn't help that they seem to use the same animations as the ones before. Zola going Super Saiyan and her shadow turning black had some nice sequences though, but that is just very few action scenes that isn't enough to help compensate the rest of it. The one thing that really dragged the quality of the episode down is the talking between Zola and Nene. The split screen conversations they had was a bit excessive and unnecessary. You don't need that much talking in an episode, especially when it's just a bunch of trash talking. Maybe it was needed to set up for the flashback, but it still wasn't executed that well.
