  • The plot thickens with Donna and Jonsey. Ben finds it difficult to let go of his relationship with Susie.

Donna maintains her story that the St. Davids cops are corrupt and Theo killed a man she had serviced as a prostitute. Jonsey comandeers Kelly in his off-the-record investigation of the man's disappearance and discovers the SD police have been impeding the investigation.

Donna clings tighter to her relationship with Jonsey, who has decided to stick by her come what may. All I can say is, the sex must be fantastic...

Meanwhile, a tape which is crucial to prosecuting a man who killed another man goes missing. The Heelers tear the station apart looking for it, PJ searches his home - no luck. And then suddenly Amy comes up with it...

Ben has taken his break-up with Susie with a certain degree of denial. He wooes Susie with erotic love notes - one of which ends up in Tom's hands. He ends up backing off a little, and Susie goes to ask him something, only to have the scene switch. TBC...

Of course, Falcoln-Pryce is livid at the suggestion that HIS station is corrupt, and does everything he can to dismiss the allegation, including doubting Donna's word as a former prostitute. Now Donna is even more terrified, and Jonsey assures her that FP has to kill several people before Donna to make the chain of evidence disappear, among them, a prominant business owner and Donna's former pimp, Theo. Then the Heelers get a call; Theo has 'fallen' from his second-story apartment and fatally cracked his skull...

Quite interesting, a good cliffhanger, although I hope they don't make a habit of this ongoing story arcs. For the most part, I prefer the self-contained stories. Good acting and writing all around, although I have trouble seeing FP as corrupt - more likely, he's just refusing to acknowledge that people under his command might be corrupt. Interested in seeing what happens.
