While jogging, Jo and Susie come across a woman who's been raped. This is the second woman in a short period of time, plus a third who was sexually assaulted but fought and ran away before she could be raped.
They soon realise that someone has created a 'hotties of Mt. Thomas' website of women in various states of undress, which include Jo. They work out the footage came from the gym Jo and Susie work out at, and set out to find the culprit. At first, suspicion falls on the sleazy owner, but he has an ironclad alibi for every night in question they can throw at him,
Eventually, they work out the culprit is a cleaner at the gym, a shy man who suffers from impotance. He's sleazy and clingy, but no real threat, so he gets scratched off the list of suspects for the rapes.
They Heelers are sure the next intended victim is Jo, after the perpetrator leaves a message on her car window saying as much. She agrees to lure the man into a trap, staging a fight with PJ in front of him so he believes Jo will be by herself at the station that night.
Meanwhile, Susie and Jonsey have a quasi-date, but Jonsey is jacked off when Susie stands him up. Only, it turns out that it wasn't Jo who was next on to rapist's agendy, but Susie. The Heelers race back to Susie's house, only to find she's taken care of the guy himself, thanks to her martial arts training. Jonsey and Susie have a nice little moment of quasi-comfort, although Susie is hardly a shaking wreck who can't defend herself.
A great episode. Good twists and turns in the story. I especially liked Susie's ability to defend herself. She and Jonsey have a great relationship - Jo hinted about a possible romance early in the episode. There was a great comaraderie between the Heelers, although once more, I wish they'd give Paul Bishop (Ben) something more to do.
9/10.
