      ADD NOTES
      • This episode marks the first appearance of Blue's stuffed toy, Polka Dots.

      • "Bedtime Business" is the second of four episodes on the DVD "Blue's Big Band" and the second of two on the video also by the same name.

      • There is no Blue Skidoo segment in this episode.

      • Joe is wearing a blue shirt in this episode and later changes into a blue pajama outfit with a shirt featuring squares of many different colors.

      • Joe sings a quiet, yawning "So Long Song" at the end of the episode and Blue does not join, or show up at the window because she is sleeping in her bed.

      • Angela Santomero is credited as Angela C. Santomero and Jesse Hodges is credited as Jesse Hodges III. Two voice credits are given for Slippery in this episode: Patrick Van Wagenen (his normal voice actor in later seasons) and Anthony Colangelo.

      • Mailtime Segment: Joe gets the mail, but thinks that it's rather late for mail. Mailbox explains that he has an important letter that couldn't wait until morning. In the letter, a girl and a boy show us their bedtime routine. The boy sings about it in a variation of the "Bedtime Business" song sung by Steve on the album "Goodnight Blue." Both dance. Afterwards, the boy drops a toothbrush out of the letter.
