It's a big musical event when Joe and Blue have the Bluestock concert in the Blue's Clues backyard. Famous artists are on hand, as are many old, familiar songs. We explore a variety of musical styles, from reggae to jazz. We also pay a visit to Blue's Room for a little Mozart, in the form of "Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star." There, we learn quite literally just what the little star is.moreless

Blue, Joe, and their friends are holding an outdoor concert in the style of the 1960s concert spectacular, "Woodstock". Familiar artists who performed on stage included Tony Braxton, Macy Gray, and India Arie. I wonder why those singers didn't appear in real-life format instead of animated cartoons. I don't know if the producers and crew would approve of bringing other singing performers like Britney Spears, Gloria Estefan, or Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC.

I especially liked They Might Be Giants performing "Clap Your Hands". Overall, this musical Blue's Clues musical episode is alright. In fact, it beat the "Blue's Big Musical" TV movie hands down.moreless
