Today, there's a big festival being held in the Blue's Clues neighborhood, with games and food and learning and even a special surprise. Joe calls it a really big party outside and can't wait to get started on the fun and games. We run into a paprika, who brought a Spanish food called paella to the festival. Mr. Salt has also brought a variety of cuisine for everyone to try. Side Table Drawer also joins in with an eggplant parmigiana that includes eggplant, tomato sauce and cheese. At the festival, we play a game with Periwinkle called "Guess Who." He gives hints to help us identify someone from the neighborhood and we have to figure out who it is. After playing the game, he gives the a festival passport in which to keep stickers for attending the events. Slippery Soap has another game, a beanbag toss with the targets being various houses around the neighborhood. We play and get another sticker. Another game with Marlee the librarian, we match up characters to the storybooks that they belong in. We help the wolf find his way to the Three Little Pigs story and Little Bo Peep to find her sheep. Then, at the end of the episode, the entire neighborhood gathers to watch a special surprise.
