The main music of the series is muted during the opening scene where Steve asks the viewers to find Blue and during the closing credits.
Steve identifies Side Table Drawer's sound as "the sound of you opening your drawer." He should have said "the sound of you opening yourself," since she is supposed to be the whole table, not just the drawer.
Steve: Blue heard this storm coming before it was even here.
Steve: You have such incredible ears.
Steve: (seeing a clue in an odd place) How did Blue get a paw...? (He shuts up.)
Shovel + Pail: Which way did he go? Shh. Listen.
Steve: (after Pawprint blows away) Hey, that was a breeze.
Steve: I do love the sound of a good wind chime.
The reason Blue heard the storm before it even arrived is because dogs have much better hearing than humans and can therefore hear sounds we cannot.
This episode is the second of two on the video "Stop, Look and Listen."
Sometimes the sounds in this episode are at a low volume, so it might help to turn up your television's volume.
David Burger is credited as "Duke" David Burger.
Mailtime Segment: Mailbox tells Steve his favorite funny sound: phonk...fftt and then they exchange funny sounds. In the letter, two girls and a boy play a game called "Sound it Out." One of the girls taps on a triangle and the boy uses an electric pencil sharpener.
