Channel 4, Global or Comedy Central?

    At the end of an ep the credits show that this is made by Channel 4, Global and Comedy Central, what network did this first air on?? In one episode (1.12 - Trick Or Treat) Bob is watching Channel 4 on TV and the logo is clearly seen.

    I Thought It was made by Channel 4 for Global & Comedy Central but I could be wrong.

    It seems strange that C4 would make it but not air it first. Also, why would a Canadian TV channel set a show predominantly in London?
