  • Another great and terriffic episode.

    10
This episode is, so far, my favorite episode. Not only because of its humor that keeps the series going, but also the character development that is seen in every episode, including this one.

I really enjoyed this episode and was a great introduction to Cyber City and what'll happen. It seemed humor really showed well in this episode.

Along with the Big Four, it seems that Giga also has a set of Cyber Knights to face Bo-bobo. With Bo-bobo defeating the first one, it seems there'll be more skirmish in Cyber City for Bo-bobo and gang.

It was funny seeing Beauty fall to the ground headfirst without moving. Dengaku-man does Prukogi with the stuffed bears. Torpedo Girl falls for Softon and crashes through Cyber City. Jelly Jiggler becomes hurt throughout the episode and eventually becomes a sausage. Don Patch beating up Beauty because of low ratings. Bo-bobo and Don Patch become Ballerinas. This episode was great and became a quick favorite for me. 10/10moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • The first Cyber Knight's name was Pana, and the second one's name was Sonic. The joke is, if you put their names together, it makes Panasonic, a name of a technology company.

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Pana: I'll cure your cramps, by destroying you! Spinning Dance of the Soaring Dragon!
(Bo-BoBo & Don Patch act scared for a few shots, then...)
Bo-BoBo: Just kidding! Psych out! (he flicks Pana away with a flick of his giant finger)
Beauty: A hand like that always wins!

    • Beauty: Huh? What's going on here? Everything on these screens is absolutely horrible! (she looks at a screen and sees Bo-BoBo)
Bo-BoBo: Hi. Let's fold some paper.
Beauty: It's even worse than I thought! Bo-BoBo has his own arts and crafts show!

    • Narrator: And so, Bo-BoBo and his friends defeated Pana, and everyone lived happily ever after. What? There's more? There's 5 other Cyber Knights? Then everyone keep watching.

    • Jelly Jiggler: (gets stuck to Pana's lightning ball) Aah! That's it! I'm suing the story editor.
Bo-BoBo & Don Patch: Oh, no, Jelly!
Pana: That ball drains the energy from anyone who touches it. Your friend is doomed.
Jelly Jiggler: No, wait. I'm gonna sue the producers!
Dengaku Man: Ha, ha. He won't get a dime.
Jelly Jiggler: Well, I gotta sue somebody, don't I?!
Beauty: (to Bo-BoBo & Don Patch) Hey, aren't you worried about Jelly Jiggler?
Jelly Jiggler: I'll turn into a skeleton. Everything but my bones will sucked out of me!
Beauty: That'll never happen. You don't have any bones!

    • Bo-BoBo: Look up there. It's Cyber City.
Dengaku Man: How can you tell?
Bo-BoBo: Can't you read the caption?

    • Cyber City Guard #1: I can't believe it. You guys are tougher than you look.
Bo-BoBo: And more handsome than we look.

    • Bo-BoBo: Halekulani, you're gonna stay with me for 7 fun-filled days and nights.
Narrator: In sunny Puerto Vallarta! Actually, they all pigged out on canned crab meat that can hit your kidneys like a ton of bricks. Then Bo-BoBo tried to show Halekulani that there are more important things in life than money.
Beauty: Like not slamming into the ground!
Narrator: True dat, but also how a kick in the pants and germphobic friends can lead to free flights and really cool hair.
      Bo-BoBo: Never forget the hair.
Narrator: Hey, I'm narrating this. Anyway, Bo-BoBo took down Halekulani and his millions but good.
Bo-BoBo: Keep the change. Yep, I always wanted to say that. I just never had any change before.
Narrator: Gasser freed the people of Holy Guacamole Land, which he left a whole lot stinkier than he found it. But then a new enemy pinched him for a jolt in the hoosegow. Sorry, I used to narrate a prison show. After a snazzy dance routine, Bo-BoBo and his friends rushed to rescue Gasser by boarding the S.S. Softon. They went as fast as lightning! All right, they took off as slow as peanut butter fresh out of the freezer, then a pair of guards tried to stop them. I know 2 doesn't sound like a lot, but on this show's budget, it's huge.

  • NOTES (7)

    • Original japanese title:Call the Six Electric Brain Warriors! The Male Ballerina are Enchanting Too!

    • Pana is defeated in this episode.

    • Anime/Manga Differences:

      1: Pana's Lightning Ball is called a Psycho-Ball.
2: Don Patch's Dumbbell Ball is an Idiot Ball.
3: Instead of Dengaku Man being the smartest in a class of teddy bears, he gets an "A" on his exam by cheating.
4: Instead of using bananna peels, Bo-BoBo uses yams to stop Pana's 360 Degree Cyclone.
5: Instead of acting like a worried parent, Don Patch says he'll stop stealing Gasser's snack food.
6: When it focuses on the other Cyber Knights, you can actually see some of the other victims.

    • In Cyber City, people gave ratings to everybody while they were fighting Pana. Here are the ratings. The highest scorer was Softon.

      Pana - 10%
      Beauty - 10% (20%, briefly)
      Bo-BoBo -30%
      Softon - 90%
      Jelly Jiggler - 5%
Don Patch - 0% (had 4%, but lost it after an attack)

    • Second consecutive episode that Bo-BoBo offers Beauty a T-Shirt and Beauty rejects / destroys it. In the last episode, it was for "The Strawberry Milk-chuggers Club," in this one it is for the "House-Inspectors Club."

    • This is the second consecutive episode that Bo-BoBo uses his Fist of the Nose Hair Spring. However, in this episode, it actually worked. In the last episode, it failed to get them airborne.

    • It is revealed that Torpedo Girl has a crush on Softon in this episode.
