    What Did you guys think?

I thought the concept of the show, and the idea for the first episode were great, but I think the could have been writter, or put together better.

I was not really impressed with this episode and the first impression I got from this show. I love dry humor, but the dry humor in this show needed work and I was annoyed by Gene's constant use of that megaphone doing fart noises and robot voices. I did get some laughs out of Bob though. I hope the next episode will be a lot better than the first. I was just disappointed.

for anyone who didn't like the pilot I would suggest giving it a second chance. In my 16 years of tv watching I've learned that Pilots are ALWAYS the worse episode.

I'm giving the show ten episodes to become a watch-all-the-time classic for me. I was harsh on Sit Down, Shut Up, and in a way, that show shouldn't have been cancelled after the later episodes. I think BB is going to last for about two seasons maybe.

I dont know about that. This could be the new simpsons. Theres alot they could do with this show. The simpsons started with 13 episodes and mixed reviews and its been renewed for its 23 season. I agree that it hasn't gotten off to a great start, but if it can fix its problem areas before the end of Season 1, I think it has a chance of being around for a while. Besides, I've heard nothing but bad things about the Cleveland show and it was renewed for a 3rd season before it started its 2nd.

I am going to give this show another chance, and it is true that pilot episodes tend to be bad. To be honest though, I found the pilot episode funnier than the pilot episode of The Cleveland Show. So hopefully, the next episode will be a huge improvement.

I stopped watching Cleveland Show in the middle of its fourth episode, it was that annoying to me. Then the second season kinda appealed to me.

I thought this show was considerably mediocre. A lot of the voices just seemed out of place and annoying to me. I predict 13 episodes for this show, it totally has a one season show vibe to me. It's better than The Cleveland Show, I'll give it that. I wish The Cleveland Show never existed. I wish that after King of the Hill was cancelled, Mike Judge could have have retained the time slot and Fox would have showed The Goode Family. I love that show. So terrible that it never got a chance. Tangents... I might watch one more episode of Bob's Burgers.

I hate the fact that these so called "critics" give 1/10 just for the sloppy animation and not watching the episode for 22 minutes. Morons.

I hear it's already in the works to be canceled, and it's not because of the animation. It's because the material sucks, the characters are annoying, and the premise is boring.

A show doesn't need amazing animation to survive. Look at South Park. Good material > animation wins every time.

Wow it's getting canceled that soon? How many episodes then will this show produce? 13?

@apennismightier That is VERY untrue. I'm not being rude, but you need to check your facts better. shows don't get cancelled for things like annoying stories, or charaters. Shows get canceled for bad ratings, and other money reasons. Bob's Burgers premiered to 9.5 million viewers, which is a lot of money for fox, and is higher then what the Cleveland Show was ain that slot. If it keeps these numbers up, its going to be around for a wwhile, and if the ratings go down, then its likely, but for now, I really doubt its in works to be cancelled.

1 episode, one of or the highest watched episode in that time slot last sunday.

I have some hope for it. I thought American Dad was stupid when it first came on FOX, and when I watch it out, it's basically the only good FOX animated show left airing.

Funny stuff. I don't get why people are already starting to bash this show. It's their loss, I guess.

This show really isn't appreciated that much. I think it's great, better than Family Guy or American Dad. Undecided
