Bob becomes a cab driver to make the extra cash to pay for Tina's 13th birthday. I thought this was a good episode of Bob's Burgers. I found this episode to be praised too much and I don't get it. It is really not my favorite episode. The plot here is okay. Some of the quotes below made me crack up. Bob becoming a cab driver was kinda funny. It is actually weird that he has to drive around with 3 girls. A few more parts made me laugh. Overall, a decent episode of Bob's Burgers. 7/10

  • Probably the best episode yet.

Not saying much, but this is where an actual animated show installs characteristics of real life (not just strange randomness, quick gags, or oddly funny mannerisms). Working two jobs to help pay for a daughter's birthday party instills the fact that hard work deserves reward and sometimes you need to sacrifice to do some good. There are bits of randomness in this episode, and its coming from the children (as expected). The nightlife is often very obscene, filled with many odd and wonderful characters (also as expected). One of the more realistic episodes, now if every episodes was like this, this show might be worth watching. The song during the credits is the best part of the episode. When was the last time you watched an animated show that had transvestites in it? It took me awhile to think about that too.moreless
  • best episode and most heartwarming ep ever.

even family guy and the simpsons probably couldn't pull off a more heartwarming sweet episode than this. i'm so glad tina got the party of her dreams and her first kiss. mom earns badass points for planning the party and making the cake from scratch. dad earns epic badass points for being a perfect dad. working the second job as a cab driver to pay for the party would of been good enough. but him going totally out of the way to even shave his stache won him the internet in my book. the transvestite hookers couldn't of said it better than i could the guy deserves a fricken award. also louise is awesome and was pretty funny this ep though she had fewer lines than usual. jeane had some great lines as well.moreless
