  • Good riddance, BOP.

    3.0
Another PC episode about a rich white murderer in a city where 75% of the murders are committed by blacks. They also overlook the fact that since a guard was killed in the course of an escape masterminded by Riley, he is guilty of felony murder. And although Delany is very attractive, her constant mugging at the camera is getting tiresome. I also can't understand why she lets her hair dangle onto a corpse during autopsies. ME's would normally tie their hair back and wear comfortable shoes in the lab instead of 6" stilettos.moreless

So Robert Riley was innocent of that murder, it was Stacey who murdered Emmett's first wife & Megan proved that Riley was innocent. I'm not a fan of Megan's first husband Dan Russell, but really it doesn't matter now. Really ABC why makes us wait two weeks for the last episode, after that this Fantastic Show Has Been Dumped By You. This Is Why I Dont Watch Anything On The ABC Network.moreless

While the truth was ultimately found and the convicted man was exonerated, the fact that he attacked two prison officers was ignored. A prisoner who escapes, no matter the reason, will go to jail. It was an unlikely end to an interesting story.

    • Dr. Kate Murphey: What the hell were you thinking, waltzing into this house and harassing the victim's husband? You come to me first.
Dr. Megan Hunt: I heard you were here. Two birds, one stone.

    • Dr. Megan Hunt: (at the crime scene) What are you doing here?
Dr. Ethan Gross: Kate sent me. Apparently your latest medicolegal investigator quit, again.
Dr. Megan Hunt: I was really starting to like him.
Dr. Ethan Gross: Really? Because he told me that you assessed his abilities as being slightly below that of a trained monkey.

    • Dr. Megan Hunt: Do your job.
Dr. Ethan Gross: Which reminds me, it's not that I don't mind doing the job your medicolegal investigator should be doing--
Dr. Megan Hunt: Which means you do mind.
Dr. Ethan Gross: No, just wondering when you're gonna hire somebody that you don't fire or make quit.
Dr. Megan Hunt: When I find somebody who's slightly above trained monkey. And right now, you're the only one who fits the bill.
Dr. Ethan Gross: I think that was a compliment.

    • Tommy Sullivan: By who, the one-armed man?

This is a reference from the ABC television series The Fugitive (1963-1967) created by Roy Huggins, where the titular character, Dr. Richard Kimble is falsely accused of murdering his wife and is on the run whilst pursuing the real killer, a one-armed man.
