  • I enjoyed this show for time to time, but I didn't really expect for it to get cancelled in just a year's passing.

    "Great"
This show was at times fun to watch. I enjoyed the people that seemed like they were just about to lose it at times. The show had a simple plotline to it, which I enjoyed. I tend to lose track of shows that have too much depth to them.

I throughly enjoyed this show, but was disappointed to see it off the air so soon. At times, in my own way of thinking, it could get midly irritating, but it was a decent show, one I could watch without thinking, "I could be doing something better right now." or anything of that sort. Though it has ended, and for quite some time now, I would like it if they brought it back. Nowadays, I don't even see reruns of it anymore. But thus, it was a good show, worthy of my praise.
  • This show is awsome

I remember I used to watch this show a lot. Still I watch it sometimes on mtv but they should renew the season. This show is so funny, when they get mad and start arguing and cursing. I remember when that fat guy was sitting on the car of the person in the resturant. Damn, they got mad as hell and some of them called the cops. The other one is when that women was playing a clerk and when they were buying the stuff at the supermarket. She was talking to them and another person on a phone. They got so mad. All I have to say is to bring this show back. Overall: 9.5/10
  • this show can be pretty entertaining when you're in the mood.

i must admit, watching people get angry can be very entertaining. people set up cameras, and get actors and actresses, do little everyday things that make people mad, juiced up a bit, and give them money when they dont explode, or curse depending on what annoyance they have to endure.

some of the people i find are very patient. situations that i would be done with or walk away from in less than five minutes, people just sit there for ten and fifteen and soemtimes even longer and try to negotiate or comprehend whatever is going on. the money the win, im sure makes up for the stress they had to endure.
  • i love irritating people

It was fun to watch the people on this show not try to freak out at some of the oulandish things that they were put through... it was entertaining and very funny to watch. The people that they had were good at being completely oblivious to what they were doing wrong, but it was so obvious! This was such a good show, one of the better shows that MTV came up with.... that's why I'm guessing that they canceled it... this show had such good potential and now that's gone, I so wish that they would show reruns, it'd be better then most of the crap that is on there now...

This show is so funny. i could watch it all day long. if i was on this show i would probably not last cuz i have a short temper with people. its funny wen people walk away and then find out that they could of wona 100 bucks. if i knew about this show and some stranger walked up to me and acted the way they act on the show i would try to stay calm so i could win the money cuz it would be cool and i would get to be on tv i mean how much cooler does it get getting money by being on tv.
  • I will never have won that money.

I don't know how these people won the money. I would have snapped. How you can take that torture?

I remember one where this girl would go into the dressing room with other girls' boyfriends, and this one girl didn't say anything. She just gasped.

Another one was where people went into a restaurant to buy food, and they never received the change back. They were all asking for the guy who took their money, only to find out, the guy didn't work there. I would have been furious.

The last one I remember, is where this guy would look into the window and make faces at people while they eat. I was like OMG! I would have left.
  • Me and my brother used to watch this show all the time.

Boiling Points is another hidden camera show where a group of "highly trained professionals" do skits in which they piss off people in several ways. The ones who can control themselves from cursing or threatening to call the police before a certain amount of time gets one hundred bucks as a prize.

This is one of the funniest hidden camera shows I've ever seen since Candid Camera. All the skits were classics, never repetitive, and never annoying. But in some cases it gets disturbing, but if you can handle it, it's funny.

Sadly, I cannot watch the show anymore. Or at least not until summer (if they still get aired), because I spend most of my day in the library doing schoolwork. But I'll never forget those days where my brother and I sit on the couch watching Boiling Points, waiting for something hilarious to happen.

But alas, my brother is now at work, and I am flooded with schoolwork. I'm gonna have to get over missing the show every day.
  • First of all i have to say that BP was one of my favorite shows ever. You never see this kind of show these days, all that you see now is crap and more crap. I would like to see another season of it; A massive applause to BP!!!

I would like to see another season of BP in a near future, because it really gave me laughters, just seeing people reactions is priceless.

In short, whoever created this show deserves a massive applause!

Ahh, Boiling Points. Smart, funny, and extremely humiliating for their victims. My kind of humor. When it first debuted on MTV in early 2004, me and my older brother had nothing to watch on T.V. And so I was like, “Let’s see what’s on MTV.” I flipped to that channel and immediately saw a bunch of balloons showing rude messages and smilies that looked pissed off, and my brother was thinking, “What’s this? Another lame MTV show?” But he was DEAD WRONG. We were laughing our asses off, watching the poor woman fall into the devastating spills of her groceries because of the careless cashier. We were laughing even harder when a man found out his blind date was pregnant and is a smoker. We couldn’t stop laughing when the show was over. We wanted more.

This is the feeling I wanted to feel for a long time – laughing so hard, your funny bone would break in halves. Boiling Points forever.

A very good show on MTV

A short description of this program...

"Whether it's your teacher, boss, or family, everyone seems to be on your case. If one more person gets in your face, you just might blow. But be careful, because if you do lose it, you might also lose your chance at $100. Welcome to Boiling Points, the show where it pays to be patient. We dress up our actors, create stressful situations, hide our cameras, and set the clock. If our victims can keep their cool for the designated time, they win the cash. If they hit their boiling point early, they're out."

I love Boiling Points. It takes people and puts them in annoying and awkward situations and if they can go a certain amount of time without cursing or leaving they get 100 bucks. It is a very funny show but i guarentee that if i was on it, I'd lose!

Hello developer of Boiling Points, I had seen the show many times and only can think in one thing, what a show!!!! who is the creator of the ideas for the jokes you´re a beast of the cruelty and patience, poor people victim of the show. My proposition is an expansion of your show in my country Nicaragua with the sames jokes or other invented by myself, this idea born in my bored work as a cyberman, and with the posibilities of the Internet I communicate my proposition for the aprobation of the creators of a great show.
  • This is one of the best shows EVER!!!

I think that this show is absolutely hilarious! They have some of the best improv actors that I have ever seen. There's lots of funny things about the show...sometimes things can get a bit repetative...but it all comes together in the end...there is a naturally smooth flow...none of the actors crack up when someone pitches a fit or whatever. They always keep they cool even if someone is totally flipping out. They just keep they're composure. If I were them I would so totally bust out laughing and say, "You idiot, you're on MTV's Boiling Points!" I guess people don't seem to watch this show because the actors do were camera glasses...really thick ugly ones that easily spotted amongst people...so the next time you're out and you meet and annoying person...keep your cool and you'll win $100!

This show is entertainingly funny! The setting of the streets of New York City where there word patience is in people's vocabulary. And tolerance is non existent. Population 19,190,115 just in the city.

You would think that with reality TV plastered on every channel someone would think in the middle of the stunt "Hey... this person way too rude for it to be real." Or "Come on... are you serious?! That person has no couth!" But in NYC you just never know.

Guess what... if you only have a little patience and some tolerance and not in a hurry to grab the next cab. You may just get a $100. I guess my only complain is that the show comes on early in the afternoon while I'm working and the reruns are late at night. But Man...I still love this show! You gotta watch it!
