Will Reagan, a former Ponderosa foreman, asks Ben and Adam to read to him a letter he presumes is from his son Carol. In reality, the letter is to inform him of his boy's death. Since Will is too old to travel to Mexico to collect his son's body, Ben sends Adam. Adam arrives only to find Carl alive and well.moreless
