      • German episode title: "Immer Ärger mit Amy", meaning "The Trouble With Amy".

      • This is the 260th and newest episode included in what is commonly known by fans as "The Classic 260," the original syndication package that became available when Bonanza entered syndication in September 1973. This "Classic 260" package includes the entire first six seasons of the run (save for one episode from the 1964-1965 season), plus selected episodes from 1966-1970. Episodes from the "Classic 260" were slated to air on TV Land through at least 2007.

The entire 1965-1966 season, plus 1966-1970 era episodes not included in the "Classic 260" package and the entire final three seasons were originally dubbed "lost episodes" when they surfaced on Pat Robertson's Family Channel in 1989 (though these "lost episodes" sporadically aired on local TV stations during the 1970s and 1980s). As of this writing, this package of 170 episodes airs on the Hallmark Channel.
