David Boreanaz: Getting beat up by Al Bundy in Married With Children (he played Kelly's boyfriend and she caught him cheating on her), Buffy, Angel, These Girls.
Emily Deschanel: In Spiderman 2 playing a receptionist (she was mean to Peter Parker), Cold Mountain playing a nurse, starring in Boogeyman, in It Could Happen To You throwing paint over the cop's evil wife, and she was in a Stephen King movie... I think it was called Rose Red. Oh and I saw her in My Sister's Keeper last night.
TJ Thyne: He was in CSI a few times, In Without A Trace and he was played a lawyer in Angel.
Tamara Taylor: She was also in Without A Trace and she was in a few episodes of Dawson's Creek.
John Francis Daley: He was in Boston Public and Freaks & Geeks.
And Patricia Belcher that plays Caroline Julian: I've seen her in billions of shows and movies; ER, Without A Trace, Over Her Dead Body (one of the girls I went to school with was in that movie too which is quite an achievement considering she's from Ireland), Cold Case, Chicago Hope, Beverly Hills 90210, Malcolm in the Middle and Jeepers Creepers.

Parker was in the movie Yours, Mine and Ours with the twins from Desperate Housewives.
The only ones I can think of that haven't already been said are:
Emily Deschanel was in My Sister's Keeper. She plays a doctor.
Evan Ellingson (one of the foster kids from "A Boy in a Bush" ) has a recurring role in CSI Miami as Horatio's son Kyle.
Azura Skye (the private investigator from "Mummy in the Maze" ) appeared several times on CSI Miami as a meth addict who gets clean and who is also the mother of Horatio's neice.
..Good movie though

Carla Gallo (Daisy Wick) was in an episode of House.
Eugene Byrd (Clark Edison) was in the movie Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid. He was one of the people who survive at the end and he is the one who basically saves the day by killing the rest of the anacondas. He was great!
