Finally Palant is gone we can focus on Bones and Booths relation as the baby just appeared.

I'm glad Palants gone but it was a bit of a half arsed exit story. Psychopathic genius fixates on the beautiful clever crime solver and tries to win her - ripped off Hannibal (the book) much?

As long as Palant is gone then good. I was sick of how absurd the whole computer hacking genius he was made into. This could've been a better way to end season 8 on a high note. Next villain, please make him/her believable.

I don't really watch Bones but I happened to watch it when Pelant appeared and just kept checking it from time to time when there was possibility of Pelant related stuff because it was so absurd. But now... he is dead! Or is it? I just waited at the end of the episode for the moment when Pelant crept out from somewhere and tried to kill them both or for the moment where they showed how Pelant crawled to some hole and appeared somewhere else. But it didn't happened :( I guess he is reall-really-really dead. I just hope that the next nemesis isn't that absurd or.... if it is then it just another and better reason to watch Bones from time to time.

Totally disappointing and anti-climactic. I was thinking "Cooool, another 2-part episode". It certainly had the feeling of a two-part episode. And then it was suddenly over, just like that. Bad, bad, bad.
