  • Trivia

    • The symbols on the "Bonkers" banner (on the roof of the skyscraper where Bonkers captures Z-Bot) are not random. The sign is written in Katakana (one of Japanese alphabets) and really reads "bo-n-ka:-zu" - the Japanese way to spell "bonkers".

    • Robert Ito who provides the voice of Sgt. Tetsuo also provided the voice of Goose Lee in a episode of Darkwing Duck.

  • Quotes

    • Bonkers: I can't wait to get to Tokyo! The kangaroos, the dingos, shrimp on the barbie...
      Miranda: Bonkers, that's Australia!

    • Z-Bot: Now you're going to see some serious TV.

    • Z-Bot: Bonkers bumped Z-Bot off the air... twice. Now Z-Bot will bump Bonkers off the Earth!

    • Jitters: (sipping coffee in a streetside cafe) I had to fly halfway around the world, but I'm finally safe from Bonkers.
(Bonkers runs by, pursued by Z-Bot.)
Bonkers: Hi, Jitters! How's it going?
(Z-Bot squishes the 40 ft. Bonkers on Jitters.)
      Jitters: I hate my life.

    • Bonkers: You fiend! Stop showing bad cartoons!

  • Notes

  • Allusions

    • There is a slight spoof of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in this episode. The four Ninja Kitties are named after famous musicians (Bach, Brahms, Beethoven, Ringo), while the Ninja Turtles were named after artists. Z-Bot, the main villain, is a pink brain who needs a mechanic body (this could be a reference to Krang).
