The symbols on the "Bonkers" banner (on the roof of the skyscraper where Bonkers captures Z-Bot) are not random. The sign is written in Katakana (one of Japanese alphabets) and really reads "bo-n-ka:-zu" - the Japanese way to spell "bonkers".

The ball that Lucky is riding in is all beat up when he comes to a stop at the top of a hill and then when it rolls back, it's like nothing happened to it.

Probably the series' least-acceptable twist on the Toons as actors concept - if Flugel cartoons are indeed done "the old-fashioned way...frame by frame", then how can the Flugel stars exist independent of this process, and why are they shown acting inside a movie screen?

Goof: During Bonkers' flashback of the movie 'A Toon With No Name,' there is a scene where his eyebrows go dark. After a few seconds, they look normal again.

When Wyatt swings one of the tree props at Grating, you can still see some of the outline of the tree.

Goof: Flaps said that Dumbo waved his flag at the end of his film, but the flag was actually shown during the scene where Dumbo attempted a stunt before he discovered his talent.

When Bonkers puts on the Circle Beanie, he's still wearing his police uniform. Then he dives underground with it on. Later on, though, when he comes back out, he's now wearing his green sweater from his old cartoons!

In the scene where Bonkers' guests are supposed to break out of the closet when Bonkers says "Panic"; right before they come out, Miranda's wearing a sweatshirt. But when they all come out, for one fleeting frame, she's in uniform.

Mistake: In the beginning of this episode, Lucky says that he has had this job for twenty years. In Going Bonkers, he mentions that he was a cop for only twelve years.
