I thought this episode carried on the strong start to Season 1, although I found that it didn't quite carry on from where the last episode left off, with Alan being quite scarily stalked by his ex girlfriend who had tried to kill him.
Nevertheless, how they incorperated the storyline was good, and I loved how well they did that case, especially with the scenes between Alan and Lori- they have quite some chemistry,
I also liked Sally's case, and the urban legend story she conjured up to win her first case- it was a good bit of writing, and the storyline was very well written.
The best case this episode, however, was Denny's case against his son- his son is a classic lawyer, and I loved how Donny and Denny kept saying their names! Alan and Denny's discussion at the end was also good- as a person who watched the second series first, I miss the regular balcony scenes. The relevation that Donny wasn't Denny's son was also unexpected and gave a good scope for the episode.
Overall, a very enjoyable episode, but certainly the weakest so far.
