Denny supposedly went to temple with Bethany on a Wednesday night for Tu B'Shevat (Jewish Arbor Day). However, in the temple they sang "Bim Bom/Shabbat Shalom", a song performed on Friday Nights (i.e., the beginning of the Jewish Sabbath). Additionally, Tu B'Shevat did fall on a Friday Night this year, not on a Wednesday.

In the commericals for this episode, the voice over uses a variation of the Star Trek opening. "These Lawyers go where no lawyer has gone before" is just one of the quotes from the episode. This, of course, is yet ANOTHER little reference to Shatner's most famous role.

ADD ALLUSIONS-
Denny: Same thing in Lebanon. They grab a few soldiers, you respond with overkill. This is a reference to the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict which started with the July 12th when Hezbollah gunmen conducted a cross-border raid killing 8 and abducting 2 Israeli soldiers. Holding Lebanon responsible, Israel responded with a naval blockade and aerial & ground assaults ending in a cease-fire on August 14.
