Both Sides With Jesse Jackson premiered on CNN in 1992. The hour-long
weekly show features a variety of newsmaker guest discussing current
events and politics. Jackson, a longtime human rights activist and news
commentator, brings together people from both sides of a current event
or situation to discuss and share opinions and hopefully come to a more
educated understanding. Newsmakers such as Charmine Yoest, from
Americans United for Life and Professor Paul Butler of George Washington
University are a sampling of guests.
