Food for Fitness
Chef Flay prepares some of his favorite recipes that are delicious as well as low in calories: grilled swordfish "nicoise" salad, cumin-grilled sea scallops with chickpea salad and red pepper-tahini vinaigrette. Chocolate angel food cake and raspberry parfait is for dessert.
