What sense does it make for Corey, Topanga, Shawn and Eric to meet Feeny in the classroom at the end, after they left the Matthews? I mean, if they wanted to say goodbye to Feeny, why not just go next store? Ok, I know it's TV and they met in the classroom for more of a dramatic effect, I can live with that.

As far as the classroom used, is that suppose to be the classroom used from season 1 (when they were in junior high) or from season 5, their last year of high school? They are practically alike, but they never really say in the episode, which old classroom of Feeny's they are actually meeting him at.

I thought the classroom they went to was the old High School class room from Season 5. And that doesn't even make sense since Mr. Feeny retired from teaching High School and ended up becoming a College Professor. If anything, they should have went Feeny's College class room.

The reason they went to the classroom setting instead of going to Feeny's house, most likely, was so that Feeny could say the emotional "class dismissed" line at the end.

They said that Shawn called Feeny and told him to meet them there. They wanted to say goodbye at the place they had the most memories..

Ever think that might have been the point? It's like full circle. That's why Angela and Rachel and Jack weren't there: they weren't there in the beginning. They learned most of their most important life lessons in that very classroom, but now they are ready to move on, so they return to the old room to say goodbye to both Feeny and that part of their lives.

Besides, BMW reuses sets a lot (eg, Mr Turners apartment was then Eric and Jacks apartment, fishtank and all), so there's a cost issue too.

But I'm pretty sure it's mainly the nostalgia thing, otherwise they'd probably have used the classroom at the uni.

I thought it was really cool that they did that. Mr. Feeny meant more to them then they ever knew.

In the first season, they're not in junior high, but in sixth grade.

That makes sense to me...I think they did that scene perfectly.

It was a horrible way to end the series. Nothing was resolved, too many loose ends.

There were no loose ends. Everybody said goodbye, Eric, Cory, Shawn and Topanga move to New York. Jack and Rachel joined the Peace Corps. Everything is all wrapped up. Where are the loose ends?

I thought it was a perfect way for the series to end, and I'm typically dissatisfied with series finales. But, I tear up everytime Feeny says the final line. Chilling.
