Rider Strong previously worked with Richard Karn on Home Improvement.
In this episode, Little Cory is a small pink pig. In a later episode, Raging Cory, Little Cory is shown again, but he is a fat black pig.
Cory: Hello, Mr. Feeny. No farm animals here. Mr. Feeny (nonplussed): Yes, well...the day is young.
Shawn: Cory, do you remember that goldfish I used to have? Cory: The turtle?
Shawn: Yeah, well according to my book Farm Animals Make Great Pets, farm animals make great pets.
Eric: Alright look, Mr. Feeny. I have a question that I'm going to need a yes or no answer to: How many people get into Yale every year? Feeny: No.
Mr. Feeny: Yale has, perhaps, the highest admission standards in the country. Eric: Drats. Mr. Feeny: Now, have you thought of applying to some place more accessible? Maybe a state school...maybe a preschool?
Mr. Feeny: Is this a bribe? Eric: What? Oh no, no, this isn't a bribe. This is me doing something nice for you, hoping that someday you'll do something nice for me.
Eric: I'm hearing what you're saying, Mr. Feeny and I'm winking right back at you. Mr. Feeny: Please don't.
Victor: I don't know. Do you feel lucky? This is a reference to Clint Eastwood's line in the 1971 film, Dirty Harry.
Eric (after hearing Ride of the Valkyries): I know this. This is Bugs Bunny! Ride of the Valkyries was featured in What's Opera, Doc, starring Bugs Bunny.
