In this episode Cory says that his dad was a cook in the Coast Guard, but in "Kid Gloves", Alan gives Cory a pair of silver gloves that he won in a boxing tournament, in the Navy. Alan also tells Shawn that he was a Navy SEAL.
In this episode, Eric and Jack cross dress and Eric is seen as the "ugly" girl and Jack as "pretty". Interesting enough, the same reaction is shown for the character's brother in the season 4 episode Chick Like Me.
Jack said that they turned Luther and his friends in before they could do anything illegal; however, they did break and enter the Student Union which is illegal.
Boy Meets World seems to have a slight attraction to cross-dressing, as this is the fourth time it is visited. Eric and Jack also wore dresses in Fraternity Row; Cory and Shawn dressed up as women in Chick Like Me; and Mr. Feeny wore a woman's hat, a pearl necklace and earrings in It's a Wonderful Night.
Daniel Jacobs, who plays a the neighbors baby, is the son of creator, Michael Jacobs.
When Cory goes over to his parents' house, he hands his dad a glass of water. First it's half-empty, then it's full, then it's half-empty again!
The little boy (Daniel Jacobs) that Cory and Topanga encounter in their dorm hallway would later appear in the series finale, but this time as Joshua Matthews
When Topanga carries Cory over the "threshold" in their Hawaii room, you can see a mysterious hand on the curtains for a second before it disappears behind the window.
While Eric is following Cory and Topanga on their honeymoon he says something about his sister and new brother-in-law. He is really referring to his brother and new sister-in-law.
Eric changed the location of the wedding at the very last minute, yet all the guests knew where to go.
After Mr. Lawrence gives Topanga away, she asks Cory what he's thinking. During the scene, her hair is pulled back, then has a curl falling across her shoulder, then it's pulled back again.
Amy's wedding dress appears to be old and hideous; yet Wendy, from Breaking Up is Really Really Hard to Do, expressed an interest in it, while she was planning her and Cory's futures.
When this episode originally aired, Cory and Topanga appeared at the end and directed the audience to visit the now defunct website, www.coryandtopanga.com.
The firefighters, apparently the fastest men in the universe, appear no more than 10 seconds after the fire starts.
Newly reunited, Shawn and Angela make-out for the entire episode.
In this episode, and a few others, it's stated that Topanga's mother's name is Rhiannon, yet in earlier episodes Topanaga said that her mother's name was Chloe.
Instead of a tag ending, or a picture of the Boy Meets World logo, we are given a deleted scene and bloopers. Angela & Shawn are still on the sofa kissing, when Topanga comes in and tells them that they're sitting on Eric. The scene was never completed because the actors kept laughing, or messing up their lines. Interestingly, Rider Strong (Shawn) once said that the BMW writers tried not to write many dialogues between Shawn and Eric (Will Friedle) because they kept making each other laugh. This also explains why, despite living together for a year, Shawn and Eric never really talked with each other.
In the gymnasium scene, Sergeant Moore is wearing chevrons on his collar which do not match his actual rank of sergeant major.
In this episode, Shawn says that his mom left home when he was 9, but in the early seasons, his mom is still home, and takes off during season 2 or 3, when Shawn is around 14 or so.
When Mr. Feeny and Dean Bolander tell Cory and Topanga that they are getting married she refers to him as Feeny. Why is she calling her fiance by his last name?
