Why did Skyler get a pass on the morality scale? She was guilty of conspiracy from the moment Walt told her that he was making meth. She told Walt to kill Jesse! Walt acknowledged her guilt when he told her to leverage the location of Hank and Steve Gomez bodies. Then she has the unmitigated gall to tell Walt that she did not want to hear him say that he did it for the family. She was the leader in laundering and hiding the money! Walt was the most honest one in that marriage.

So, I just got all caught up on Netflix and I was reading the news stories posted before the final season premiere and, um, did I miss something? Walt poisoned Andrea's son? I'm on my phone a lot when I do things and maybe I missed it? But please could someone help me out here because this changes a lot if it's true.

This is not a show that you should be watching whilst on playing with your phone.
This show is full of momentum and details that you simply can't miss. That is of course if you want to really experience this show for the masterpiece that it is. Yes, Walt definitely poisoned Andreas son Brock. He used the poison derived from the "Lilly of The Valley" berries. Walt had to take extreme measures to make Jesse believe that Gus Fring poisoned Brock with the ricin that Jesse hid in his "lucky" cigarette. He couldn't get to Jesse and Jesse was to blind to see that Gus was manipulating and using Jesse by turning him against Walt.
I would recommend that you re-watch the series (without your phone) as it really is one of the most re-watchable shows there is and details that you might have missed might (especially regarding the whole Brock poisoning and the ricin cigarette) end up playing a HUGE role in the finale. :)
But the answer to your question is: Yes!

thanks for the well-thought out response! But I agree, the series is rewatchable and I could pick up a lot of things I might have missed.

You're welcome :-) Yes, the great thing is that once the show is finished you can go back and binge-watch it from the start. I'm sure you'll discover all sorts of goodies that you may have previously missed. I know I did. Like I said, it's so thought out from the beginning. Even the smallest details, like what colour clothing a character wears ties into the shows mythology. :-)
