I kinda think it's a lot like Chuck, but still has very funny moments, variety of characters, and I love Michael Rosenbaum in this show, he acts like one movie he did named Sorority Boys

Don't get the chuck thing either from this show.
Actually I had hopes because I like most of the actors. But the 20 mns episodes are just too small for this kind of show to develop, there is too much that should be seen in this kind of show that just get skiped or rushed because there is no time. So there is half done plot/character developement, half done action etc.
This has no chance of getting better because of the restrictive timeline and it's not that great already.

I feel bad for Slater and Bret Harrison to see them stuck in this show since I really liked the other shows they were/starred in which had much more potential .
Did they think this would be great? Or did they have no other offers?

I totally agree with short, funny and direct. I do not agree with show short short short season, seven episodes, that's totally disrespectful.

I thought I was going to hate the fact that it's 1/2 hour, but I'm digging it. They're squeezing a lot of quality air time into those 30 (or 22) minutes.

I was so happy when they brought Michael into the team (instead of the rare boyfriend scene). His old-school comedy from Sorority Boys is definitely great.

I also got a HOOT of the scene when he's excited about the Superman shirt he just bought and starts to wear 1/2 way through the episode.

The Chuck vibe, from a description I read before it aired I thought there were similarities. But Breaking In is more wacky than Chuck.

    Similarities WERE:

    - A guy that acts relatively normal
    - Gets forced / placed into a group that does a lot of covert type stuff
    - New guy is constantly pointing out how crazy [spy-thing-X] is.
    - New guy falls for the hot spy-type character

However, it's not like Chuck. Sure it has some fish-out-of-water elements but it's less serious than any of Chuck's seasons.

Well the show just got cancelled apparently. No surprise to me though. It's probably why there are only 7 episodes.

Cancelling this show after only seven episode is unbelievable, the show was good and only needed additional development.
