Wow, I saw the premier and I was laughing so much!
That "playa" so had it coming and it was great seeing Shannen enjoy dumping his sorry butt! And I loved the setup how she made the next dumpee her assistant and had him dump her fake BF. And she made fun of his beer drinking (although he sooo had it coming).
So Shannen's also a creator of the show! I hope it lasts and I was entertained.

I like this show, one of my favorites. She puts people in a situation where they see there own mistakes or problems and then comes out and tell them whats going on and to deal with it or seperate from there boyfrien/girlfriend. Great show, I loved her on Chrmed, and I love her on this!!!!!!!!!

i think the show is rude. i mean would you like it if your boyfriend/girlfriend decided to break up with you so they sent a celebrity to do it on national television. getting dumped is bad enough. i gave it a chance and watched an episode but she came across as rude and insensitive.

2ndly, I agree it sounds insensitive for the dumper to get the dumpee on camera; although I'm pretty sure he/she also has to sign a release form after the surprise. Perhaps a check for $500 sweetens the break-up deal.
Seriously, otherwise why would a dumpee allow themselves to be broadcast on tv?
