Brigadoon

Show Summary

Brigadoon is the 1966 TV movie adaptation of the Lerner and Loew classic musical. It tells the story of two Americans who become lost while hunting in Scotland. They find themselves in a mysterious village not on any maps, called Brigadoon, which appears for a single day only once every hundred years. The format is that of a theater stage production, featuring Robert Goulet as Tommy, Peter Falk as Jeff, and Sally Anne Howes as Fiona. The film has Edward Vilella doing the sword dance and restores several songs that were cut from the 1954 movie, such as My Mother's Wedding Day.
