Welcome, Newcomers! You're probably here because you share the passion that is Buffy!! We feel your excitement!
Checking out this thread was the right thing to do! It gives valuable information that will help avoid conflicts among new and old members!
As a forum member, feel free to post in any thread on the board, and even make new threads for new topics of discussion. But although you are new here, many of us are not. And we have seen the same discussions over and over time and time again. And so, we can be pretty picky, and sometimes even rude when newcomers make threads that already exist!
Now, we know that you don't want to go searching through every single thread on the board just to see if the thread you are about to create has already been made. We understand how much time it would take since the Buffy Forum is one of the most used at tv.com and literally has tons and tons of pages. However, it would be GREATLY appreciated if you atleast check out or skim through the first few pages. That way, if you see the topic you're looking for, you can just add on to the discussion or read through it to maybe answer any of your questions. By doing this, you revive the thread (put it at the top of page one) and others will check out your additions and/or questions.
NOTE-- The Buffy Questions and Answers thread is the official thread for asking questions! Please, Please, Please do not start a thread just to ask one question. Trust me, it has happenned plenty of times before and always leads to arguements! We'd truly appreciate it if you post any and all questions in The Buffy Questions and Answers thread. Plus, they'll be answered much quicker and keep the board cleaner!
Also! NOTE-- If you see a thread that starts with the letters RST, it is one of the many off topic threads here at the Buffy forum. RST stands for Random Silliness Thread. Feel free to join in on the conversation because these threads are great for getting to know the other users here at the forum. Thank You all very much for taking the time to read this!
It is greatly appreciated by all of us, here at the Buffy Forum at tv.com! Please, keep the language clean, avoid unnecessary threads, and remember to have fun!
