The first time we see Honey and Sam in their van at the dock, as they leave Burke, she cannot keep the door on the passenger side closed--it is obviously being held shut and is on verge of popping open.
Honey forgets to take her hat with her when leaving the boat after her encounter with Selby.
The credits list Herbie Faye's character as "Robert Jacobs", but Burke refers to him as "Robert Jacobson".
In the heat of "being arrested", Gene Barry mistakenly calls Cesar Romero's character "Alivar" instead of "Alvaro".
In the car scene with Burke and Terry Foster, there is a curious problem with the rear projection. When the camera is focused on Virginia Mayo, the rear projection shows that the Rolls is moving down the street. When the scene cuts to Gene Barry, seconds later, the car is stopped, according to the rear projection. Then, when cutting back to Virginia Mayo, her side of the car is miraculously still in motion.

The sister act was the De Armand Sisters, but the marquee outside the theater bills them as the Armand Sisters.
An actor, who is clearly not Victor Jory, is used for several odd over-the-shoulder shots (apparently filmed at a later date) in the scene between Burke and Jim Clover.
Continuity problem - Burke's car pulls up before Linda Murray's agency. He gets out, walks to the door, and rings the doorbell. Getting no answer, he opens the door. In the next shot, we see him continue through the door into the agency, but behind him, instead of the sidewalk, is an interior hallway. Later, Linda looks up from her desk in the office to see a man standing in the rain on the sidewalk next to that same door.
