The commercials teased dissension with Michael, Fiona and Sam, but if you expected that to be anymore than what you saw tonight, you were crazy.

The episode was high on action which was nice, with my highlight being the jump from the hotel to the mattress in the pool, and the one man missing and breaking his foot. That looked absolutely brutal.

This is the kind of episode B Note needs more of to get its ratings back on track. After that SNL skit that mocked the show hopefully some new viewers checked it out, liked what they saw and became fans.moreless
  • Larry one of Michael's "friends" from the CIA shows up and between him and Gilroy, Sam and Fiona have had it. They don't want anything to do with Michael until he comes to his senses. Nate shows up at their Mom's with a new wife from Vegas.moreless

Between Gilroy and Larry no wonder Fi and Sam are angry. First the dead body and then the flight logs. It surprising they are even speaking to Michael anymore. Larry played by Tim Matheson is a piece of work. It was interesting to see Matheson in that kind of part as he usually plays good guys. Larry is anything but! He seems to have no qualms about killing anyone including Michael if he has too. Boy talk about a great partner! He killed some shoe salesmen from Buffalo to take his identity, then stole Michael's to steal a few million all the while putting some patsy on the line to kill as a cleanup in the end. All of this to force Michael back into a life of killing and stealing.

Now Gilroy is even a weirder dude. He's got Michael pulling flight logs for all planes coming and going from Southern Florida which is a major National Security issue. I'm not even sure why Sam agreed to that one in the first place. At least he finally came to his senses. It does seem that Michael is getting a little carried away with some of these deals. At least he has Fi and Sam to pull him back from the abyss.

This episode and the plot seemed to get very messy by the time it was done. I mean there were a number of people Michael couldn't trust and he got his friends mad at him. It's not good to be hung out to dry. Then with the money switch, Larry almost got him killed. I think for once I would have been fine with Michael cleaning up that mess. What he ends up doing is pretty funny though.

An entertaining episode with a few more complications than usual and not all in a good way. Michael survives another week to do his thing and it will be interesting to see how and when he deals with Mr. Gilroy. I can't wait! Thanks for reading...moreless

    • Michael: I know I let Larry get too close. Fiona: You let him crawl inside your head and make a nest. Michael: (to Fiona) There's a part of me...this part that's like him. But it's just a part. And it gets smaller the longer I'm with you. Fiona: Well, tell me you're done with him forever. Michael: I am. I want him gone. Fiona: (smiling) How can I help?
