In order to get information on the NOC list, Michael sneaks into a fusion center (basically a repository for collected intelligence in a police station) and manages to leave with a list of emails sent by Justin Walsh. It turns out that Walsh plans to auction off the list to the highest bidder, so Michael and the team must make sure to get that list.
Jesse suggests that his old handler, Marv, is the right person to help them get the $5 million needed to bid on the list. The team blackmails Marv, since Jesse has a lot of incriminating evidence about Marv's infidelity, and he fronts them the cash.
Meanwhile, Stewart decides on hiring the team to help rescue his sister. She fell in love with a Venezuelan diplomat, who ended up taking her out of the country. But when the team takes a closer look at the compound, they think that something much more valuable might be hidden inside.
Natalie Rice shows up again. She was the person who hired Stewart to pretend to have a kidnapped sister. After killing Stewart with Fiona's gun, Natalie forces the team to work with her. She stole a chemical weapon for the Venezuelans, had second thoughts about it, and now wants to get it back.
The weapon is secured, but not before Natalie plans on double-crossing the team with her plans to sell off the weapon. Sam and Michael pretend that they'd given Natalie a decoy weapon, and that the real device is still with them. Natalie falls for the trap and is captured for the feds to take care of.
Maddie, meanwhile, has plans for Michael and Jesse to reconcile, and she will stop at nothing to get them to talk to each other.
