Burn Notice

The security code for Scott Chandler's office changes from an insecure three digit code (574) early on in the episode to a more secure seven digit code five minutes later in the episode.

When Michael was deleting the hard drives of the security cameras, the technician looking at a white snowy monitor said that the hard drives were wiped out. He couldn't have known what was the problem just from looking at snowy monitor without doing any kind of diagnostics.
