- Michael: Bonnie, Clyde, what's going on? Referencing Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, an outlaw couple famous during the Great Depression. They captured the public's attention with their criminal exploits, including bank robberies. They died in a blaze of glory in 1934 gunned down by a police ambush in Louisiana. Their reputation was solidified in American pop folklore by Arthur Penn's film Bonnie and Clyde (1967) starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway.
