Okay, I got it. Mira is my favorite because of her awesome powers. Ghosting, reading minds, stuff like that.
I like Booster because, yes, he is a total geek and because his personality is manly that he wants to do good but his size can get in the way.
XR is just plain funny. That would mainly be why I like him. His relationship with the commander is one of those awesome traits. You see him trying to gamble and earn money, then you see him all "I love you daddy"

Booster comes first for being such a sweet guy, with XR (or, as my fan character Nick Polaris dubbed him, Xaviar Buzz Nebula) coming in close second for his funny wit and being the Commander's son.

I can't believe no one else has said this, but Zurg is awesome! He has some of the best dialog in the entire run of the show and he's actually self aware of what a goof he is sometimes. I love Zurg! Hail emporer Zurg!

My favorite character is Booster!. I like so many things about him ^_^. Plus he is a ranger with such great potential, specially if he follows the steps of Buzz.
