Caillou talks about both his Mommy and his Grandpa at the end of the show.
Caillou directs a game of "What Doesn't Belong?" at the end of the episode. A sandwich doesn't belong with Rexy, a toy firetruck or a kite; boots don't belong with a crown, a top hat and a helmet; and a car doesn't belong with a bunny, a giraffe and a bird.
Caillou sings a song called "Put on a Show" in-between the second and third stories.
Rosie: (observing the dozing Gilbert) Dragon sleeping.
Caillou: We need to find a dragon that doesn't keep falling asleep.
Caillou: I need a magic wand and a cape.
Grandma: I'm sure we can find something around your house that will do.
Rosie: Caillou sad?
Caillou: I don't know what to bring, Rosie. Ms. Martin said we can bring anything we want. But I really want it to be a surprise for everyone.
Mommy: What are you two up to?
Caillou: I'm trying to find a special surprise for show-and-tell.
Narrator: Caillou really wanted to find an extra-special surprise to take for show-and-tell.
Caillou: No, I don't want to take Rexy. Everyone's already seen him.
