A totally great show. Huell Howser is one of those guys you hate to love. He is easily made fun of, but it does highlight some great areas of California, some of which you would never have seen if it werent for the show.
Huell was mocked a little bit in an episode of Simpsons, to which he probably found more fame than ridicule.
