I have to say, my favorite moment so far was in the seventh episode when Hank snorts blow off of Trixie's prefect butt.

The end of episode 3 is the about the best monologue ever, although perhaps I'm biased as a father of a young girl.... Hank stands observing his family on the beach, reflecting on things as we hear the following dialog with a setting sun behind Becca, ending with a fade to black and a riff from a Jimi Hendrix song (will someone PLEASE name that song, not on SHO.COM's music list).

"Good morning, Hell-A. In the land of the lotus eaters, time plays tricks on you. One moment you're dreaming, the next your dream has become your reality. It was the best of times; if only someone had told me. Mistakes were made. Hearts were broken. Harsh lessons learned. My family goes on without me, while I drown in a sea of pointless pu$$y. I don't know how I got here, but here I am, rotting away in the warm California sun. There are things I need to figure out, for her sake at least. The clock is ticking. The gap is widening. She won't always love me. 'no matter what.' "

I guess the scenes with Hank and Becca are the most interesting to me... The final scene in episode 4 is quite amazing as they talk each other to sleep on the phone. I also learned of a new band through that scene (Arco, new to me anyway). A lot of it's strength was in the music choice. I think that's true for a lot of this show's scenes. I hope they keep it up.

So far my fav moment this season is when Charlie tells Hank he loved his new book. I was so stoked that someone else knows that Mia stole Hanks book.

Also, from the episode where Hank's father dies, the flashbacks showing the destruction of Hank and Karen's relationship was great to see.

I must say that my favorite moment so far was The final monologue of Hank's dad. Easily the most profound and beautiful scenes in the show.

The funniest scene is the very first. Hank's face as the nun offers the blowjob, You cant recreate that kind of reaction, I wonder if david even knew that line before it was said, classic!!!

mmm... so hard to pick one moment!!

The scene in the finale of Hank fighting over tampons for Becca was amazing... it's an ex equo with the scene when Hank walks in Charlie and Dani making photos during the fund-raiser: just hilarious!!!

This moment is neither profound nor clever, just badass: Hank picking up Mia at her teacher's place, and burning the guy with the cigarette.

    Some of Hank's quotes:

"I won't go down in history but I will go down on your sister."

"I thought you just like the fell of my balls on your knuckles"
