Hank: (to Charlie) What are you doing moping in the fridge? Eighties pop legend Rick Springfield is in their stealing your girl. Not Jessie's girl, your girl!
This is a reference to Rick Springfield's 1981 song "Jessie's Girl" from his album Working Dog. The song earned Springfield a Grammy Award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance.
Marcy: (to Karen) Rick Springfield and Andy Gibb on Solid Gold, this means nothing to you?
Solid Gold was a music TV series that ran from 1980 to 1988. Australian singer Andy Gibb hosted the show for several years in the early 80s, during which Rick Springfield made several appearances on the show.
Hank: You look like America's next top smurf.
As he compliments Marcy on her fabulous dress, Hank alludes to both the reality competition show for aspiring models, America's Next Top Model and the blue-skinned dwarf character from the '80s TV cartoon.
