The Camel Comedy Caravan was a comedy program that aired on CBS and NBC Radio stations staring in 1933 and airing its final broadcast in 1954. Camel Cigarettes was the program's leading sponsor. Walter O'Keefe was among the comedians on the program, and Dean Janis was the female vocalist. The show was revamped in 1936 and new cast members were added. Martha Tilton and Johnny Mercer were the main vocalists, and the MC was Ruppert Hughes. Benny Goodman was also a regular musician on the program.
