  • I really miss watching this show so I watched both of these 11-minute episodes on YouTube

The Big Weigh In: I watched this episode on YouTube because I missed watching my all-time favorite cartoon on Cartoon Network that is now canceled. Slinkman pointed out to Scout Master Lumpus that he must gain the weight so Lumpus tries to a lot to gain the weight. Lumpus trying to get that giant bird so he can eat it was humorous. Lazlo growing a lollipop tree for all of the animals to eat was very funny also. It was also funny when that giant bird ate both Lazlo and Lumpus. Lazlo and Lumpus getting out the bird was funny also. I also found the ending to be satisfying. My score was just a tad low because I didn't like how harsh Nurse Leslie was to Lazlo in the beginning of the episode when he didn't give Lazlo the lollipop because he thinks that he already took it when it was Lumpus. Overall, I enjoyed watching this show again and I'm happy to watch this episode on YouTube. 9.5/10

Hard Days Samson: I thought that this was a superb episode of "Camp Lazlo" and I watched this episode since it's "The Big Weigh In" partner. This wasn't my favorite episode and I found the plot to be kinda dumb but I really enjoyed this episode for the most part. The Squirrel Scouts thinking that Samson looks like that teen idol "Manly Mansterson" (I think it's the name) was feeling a weird to me and I found to be kinda dumb and kinda annoying. Chip and Skip using their food coupon was pretty funny. Edward watching the Squirrel Scouts getting after Samson was also funny. The ending also made me laugh hard when the Squirrel Scouts were attacking Edward because they think he's a teen idol (thanks to Raj and Clam). Overall, a superb episode of "Camp Lazlo" and it brought back the glory days. 9/10moreless
  • Hard Days Samson was a very dumb and abysmal episode.

Hard Days Samson was one of the dumbest and most abysmal episodes I have ever seen. The Squirrel Scouts were chasing Sampson because they were falling in love with him. Only Almondine is supposed to fall in love with Sampson because she ia almost his type.

What is the big idea about a crowd of girls chasing you all the time?! If I were to have done so, I would get into a spaceship and move to another planet.

If Gretchen, Nina and Patsy were to stick with Raj, Clam, and Lazlo, this episode wouldn't have been made.

The reasons why it was dumb and abysmal is that the Squirrel Scout Trio was falling for Samson instead of the Jelly Beans. The latest issue of Dreamboat Magazine might be the cause of this. The Squirrels mistook Sampson for Hamley Manster. That episode got me thinking of committing suicide, just like the infamous Mr. Big Candy Bar commercial from the late 1970s.

I never want to see Hard Days Samson again, especially in Saudi Arabia!moreless
  • Totally enjoyed the episode!!! I rate this an A+!

The Big Weigh In: I really believed that the episode was a very funny one, since Scoutmaster Lumpus tries to gain wait when he thought he was gonna die due to his weight that was really low for his kind. It's funny that they find the fat bird that ate everything and Lumpus tried to eat him. I thought it was gonna be gross when Lazlo and Lumpus were inside his stomach. Still, it ended pretty well.

Hard Days Samson: Samson gets popularity within the Squirrel Scouts!! It was pretty funny this episode when the girls view Samson as a "hunky" from a magazine and start chasing him. Everyone, from Patsy to Gretchen! It was humorous the episode. Edward trying to entertain himslef with them and Samson not able to escape for the girls. It was kind of bitter that he then loses his "fame" by Raj and Clam. Still, I really enjoyed the episode!!

Final Grade: A+ Joe Murray and the crew are getting better now! More episode like these should start airing soon.moreless
  • Sampson gets lucky with the squirrels and Lumpus tries to gain weight wow.

The Big Weight In: This episode i really liked it's one of those mix ups where one characters thinks this and so on. After having check ups from Nurse Lesli Slinkman says that Lumpus should weight at least 500lbs. which leaves Lumpus to panic to gain weight. Soon Lumpus stumbles onto a bird which Lumpus uses to eat to gain weight, but Lazlo wants to save the bird before it's eaten by Lumpus.

Hard Days Sampson: This one was my favorite episode of the two Sampson finally gets lucky with the squirrels. Sampson was delivering mail to Acorn Flats one day then the squirrel scouts noticed that a teen idol in a magazine is similar to Sampson leaving the squirrel scouts running after him. So Sampson tries to hide from the Squirrel Scouts with the help with Jelly Cabin they try to help Sampson with his Girl Crazemoreless
  • Very fab episodes...

The Big Weigh In isn't one of the best episodes, but it proved itself as good. I saw Lumpus getting eaten ever since Lazlo said he'll eat anything. The lollipop tree joke was very funny, especially when the tree actually ends up growing anyway! Chef McMuseli's comment on Lumpus wanting to gain weight was very funny. "He is not of this world!" Very funny, but there are people who do try to gain weight, like I did several years ago. I was taking some ADHD medicine and I lost 30 lbs. almost instantly, and it wasn't until just recently that I gained my weight back. Let's see what Lumpus has to say about weight now!

A Hard Day's Samson was very ironic, taking beat of the Fab Four's British Invasion in 1964. The instrumental song in the middle might have been better if they had the Beatles sing "A Hard Day's Night," because it is so true to the episode. Another ironic thing was the fact the Squirrel Scouts actually fell for Samson?! That almost sounds like an oxymoron. I found it funny when Lazlo, Raj, Clam, and Samson uses the back of the cabin to block their way in! Poor Samson. Hate to be that guy!moreless
