Valentine's Day / A Job Well Dung
AIRED:
Valentine's Day: Commander Hoo-Haw comes to Camp Kidney to introduce his daughter, which was the mongoose Patsy Smiles. Patsy then gives a Valentine to Lazlo, in which he rejects it because he doesn't want to get in trouble with her father. However, Hoo-Haw finds it and gets angry. Overreacting, he tries to find the campers who wrote it, believing it was for Patsy. He does various tests and harsh deeds to try to get someone to confess. In reality, Patsy knows that she wrote it. A Job Well Dung: The Dungs must find a way to contribute to Camp Kidney, or they will be thrown out. They try to get jobs with Chef Mcmuesli and with Nurse Leslie. However, since they work was limited, they had to move somewhere outside camp. In the meantime, Lumpus tries to get a camp upgrade for his "work in camp". However, later, Hoo-Ha comes and stays in his and Slinkman's cabin. He then hires the dungs to try to get rid of him and get the camp upgrade he deserves.moreless

    • Hoo-Haw: Now, I know what you're all asking yourselves why did Hoo-Ha bring his daughter here, hmm? The answer is simple: I have decided that she is at proper age to know what a boy is.
Patsy: Daddy, I know what a boy is--
Hoo-Haw: Dup-dup-dup-dup! (picks Lazlo up) This, pumpkin, is a boy.
      Patsy: Hi, Lazlo!
      Lazlo: Ahem. Hoo-Haw's your dad?
      Patsy: Duh!
Hoo-Haw:No fraternizing with my pumpkin! Fraternizing leads to liking. And if a boy wants to like my Pumpkin (puts his hands next to both sides of Patsy's eyes), not just like, I mean like like, WHO COULD SAY WHAT I'D DO?! (Hoo-Haw is so mad that he blew his top, which flies in front of the Beans and catches fire and disappears) Well I don't have to worry about that, do I? ISN'T THAT RIGHT?! (Slinkman, Edward, Raj, and Clam shake in fear)

  • NOTES (5)

  • ALLUSIONS (5)

    • In addition to Skip and Chip's power to call in scum from miles around to their location resembling DC Comic's Aquaman's telepathic marine life calling power with outward moving telepathic waves, they must first hold hands and say "Scum Twin Powers, Activate!", reminiscent of DC Comic's super heroes, The Wonder Twins, who joined rings and said "Wonder Twin Powers, Activate!", to use their powers.

    • A Job Well Dung: A spoof of the phrase "A job well done".

    • Everyone calling Skip and Chip Flip and Dip is a reference to Irreconcilable Dungferences when Chip and Skip changed their names to Dip and Kip. Chip still has the same name while Skip's name is different this time.

    • In the scene in which Chip & Skip summon all the dirty mold, it's a parody of Aquaman's power to call sea creatures.

    • Lumpus calls Nurse Leslie Dr. Jerkyll. This is a reference to Dr. Jeckyll, a character in the book Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
