  • Some great performances by classic rockers, but Canada got it SO wrong!

This was the results show for the Top 7 performances. I did a review for that show and talked about the performances there. This show featured Roger Hodgson and Dennis DeYoung, and both of them sang on the show. They did a Styx song and a Supertramp song with the Top 7 for the opening number, then both of them preformed a medley of their (previous) hits.

That was the great part of the show and the reason why I gave the show the high rating that I did. When Dennis DeYoung was singing, I was telling the TV, "Sing 'Mr. Roboto'!, Sing 'Come Sail Away'!" and he must have heard me, because he sang both of those songs. Then Roger Hodgson sang and did some Supertramp songs, like 'Dreamer' and some songs from the album 'Breakfast In America'. That was great, really.

But as for the results themself, well... that was terrible. I predicted a bottom three, but this week, they've gone to a bottom two. However, I guessed Steffi Di, Chad, and Craig. I got one out of three. Steffi was in the bottom two, but so was Rob James, who totally rocked last night. And to make it even worse, he was the one who was voted off! Canada got it so completely wrong, that's all I can say! Rob should still be there, he should still be rocking, and I can only hope that he gets another record deal out of this, because he definitely deserves it.
